Tennis Forehand - Tennis Drills To Develop A Powerful Forehand |
Tennis Forehand - Tennis Drills To Develop A Powerful Forehand http://www.top-tennis-training.com/ Coaches Alex Slabinsky and Simon Konov show some drills for developing a bigger, more powerful forehand. These drills are widely used in Spain and if done regularly will develop great racket head speed, which in turn will give you a bigger forehand. Progression #1-Static hand fed balls on the spot Progression #2-Moving the player slightly sideways Progression #3-One deep ball, One short ball Progression #4-Drive volleys with hand fed balls The reason we use the hand feeding is so there is no pace on the ball, this forces the player to generate all the power on the ball by their swing.
